Several students are taking action in the community as part of their Grade 8 MYP Community Project. See below for details about some of their initiatives:
Chase Caple is organizing a beach cleanup at Delray Public Beach on Saturday, March 9, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. He hopes you will join in the activity and help keep the beach clean and enjoyable for everyone. Click here to fill out a form to express interest in participating. He will follow up with those who sign up to share additional information about the event.
Piper Pratt has prepared a presentation to educate people about the benefits of having pets and volunteering with animal rescue organizations.
On a similar note, Jayde Greenberg created a website to educate people about dog abuse and how to properly care for them.
